The space combines an onsite microbrewery, neighbourhood tap room and fine dining restaurant, The Club Room. Chef Lawrence McCarthy, previously of The Ledbury in London, heads up the restaurant, offering a menu that focuses on quality ingredients sourced where possible from the local area. The wine list showcases the best of Valais winemaking alongside a large selection of traditional, new and old world wine regions. The tasting menu is definitely worth a try with dishes such as wild turbot and foie gras snow making it an exciting and innovative experience.
LE 1920, FOUR SEASONS MEGÈVE

Recently awarded two Michelin stars, Le 1920 has a new home at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève. Featuring locally sourced French cuisine by Chef Julien Gatillon, this renowned gastronomic restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and features its own elegant terrace. The dining experience revolves around a range of exceptional ingredients and original dishes, including quail stuffed with chanterelles with foie gras, and a traditional Rothschild soufflé, which is not to be missed.

This culinary delight is the second fine dining experience by Andreas Caminada. Shortly after opening its doors in St. Moritz, it was awarded a Michelin star, showcasing the level of food you can expect to experience here. The creative cuisine is rich in flavour and beautiful to look at. The food is served in the chic designer ‘Nest’, the English translation of the restaurant’s Romansh name. A special winter highlight here is the new late night special menu, where guests can indulge in a variety of sharing options including champagne, before heading to the Kings Club.
