The dinners will kick off with an Italian feast prepared by Niko Romito of triple-Michelin-starred Ristorante Reale in Castel di Sangro. The following dinner, on September 14, will come courtesy of Klaus Erfort from three-Michelin-starred GästeHaus Klaus Erfort in Saarbrücken, Germany, before takeovers by Christian Le Squer of Paris’ Restaurant Le Cinq and Jacob Jan Boerma of Restaurant De Leest in the Netherlands, which also boasts a trio of Michelin stars.

The masterclasses will be held in the hotel on the Saturday and Sunday, with highlights including From the Plate to the Glass, a cocktail class led by Jennifer Le Nechet, 2016’s Diageo Bartender of the Year, and the Penfolds Journey, a wine tasting session led by Switzerland’s Baur au Lac Vins. There’s also caviar, cigars, whisky, cognac masterclasses too.

The festivities will close with a Grand Finale overseen by The Dolder Grand’s own Heiko Nieder.
