STK to open in Ibiza Town this July

Sophisticated steakhouse brand STK, renowned for serving fine prime beef in a lively and modern environment, is excited to announce the launch of its new Ibiza location opening in July 2016.

STK Ibiza will be situated in the Ibiza Corso Hotel & Spa at Marina Botafoch in Ibiza Town. The restaurant will be split over two floors, cater for two hundred and fifty guests and boast two private dining rooms and a main lounge with an ocean view terrace.

In addition, the venue will provide private parking for up to fifty cars, valet parking and a secret entrance for VIP’s.

Alongside the impressive steak selection, STK Ibiza will also feature a Raw Bar stocked with a wide variety of seafood including Norwegian King Crab, Japanese Oyster Shooters and Cobia Ceviche.

For those looking for a lighter option, the menu will offer a range of fresh market salads including a Crab Salad with Grapefruit and Salmorego and Burrata with Heirloom Tomato. The restaurant will also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan choices.
