Few of us will forget Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw squealing for joy at the sight of the Eiffel Tower from her balcony at Plaza Athénée. Although a somewhat lonely fate awaits her at this iconic property, the rest of us can only dream of being so lucky.

Marie-José Pommereau managed the interior design for each space and used a range of warm hues including peony, sun-infused yellow and silver in addition to damask, embroideries and silks as upholstery from top couture houses.

It treats its experiences in a similar manner to its Haute Couture.
