Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation Charity Gala

The glitterati came out in full force this week to support the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation’s third-annual charity gala in St. Tropez. Raising a staggering $45 million (£35 million), the A-list crowd proved incredibly generous.

Funds raised will go towards Leonardo DiCaprio’s environmental initiatives in addition to the families of victims and survivors of the Nice terrorist attack.

The guest list included Bono, Mariah Carey, Chris Rock, Jonah Hill, Tobey Maguire and Edward Norton in addition to dozens of top supermodels from around the world. Performances for the evening included The Weeknd, Lana del Rey and Andrea Bocelli. DiCaprio himself hosted the live auction at which he sold off his own Rolex and a pair of diamond cufflinks he wore to the Oscars when he won for his role in “The Revenant”.
