Insignia continued its expansion in Asia with two bespoke activations in Bangkok, bringing our partnership with Siam Piwat to life through a dedicated press event followed by a private VIP client dinner. Hosted at Blue by Alain Ducasse, ICONSIAM, the events introduced guests to our approach to personalised service, international access and premium payment solutions.

Presented under the theme “A Taste of Insignia”, as part of “Unlock the World of Insignia”, the engagement offered an intimate introduction to our capabilities and the philosophy behind them. It marked a further step in developing our presence in Thailand, building on the strategic partnership with Siam Piwat, announced earlier in the year.

Together, the events connected our international expertise with Siam Piwat’s established understanding of Thailand’s luxury market, creating opportunities to engage directly with both media and prospective clients.

Introducing the world of Insignia

The press event provided a closer look at the relationship between Insignia’s lifestyle management services, financial solutions and global partner network. A curated product showcase included the Billionaire Jewellery Card, illustrating the craftsmanship and personal expression that can form part of our payment proposition.

The presentation centred on the five pillars that define the Insignia experience: Freedom, Craftsmanship, Dedication, Access and Possibility. These principles provided a framework for explaining how we support clients, from coordinating complex international arrangements to facilitating experiences shaped around individual interests.

For the media in attendance, the event offered an opportunity to understand the breadth of the business and the thinking behind our entry into Thailand. It also established the local context for our proposition: combining international reach with personal relationships and an informed understanding of the market.

A personal introduction through hospitality

Following the press event, the private VIP dinner created a more personal setting in which to introduce Insignia and develop conversations with guests.

Blue by Alain Ducasse at ICONSIAM provided a setting that connected the evening to Siam Piwat’s wider world of retail, dining and cultural destinations. The format allowed guests to experience the attention to detail and considered hospitality that underpin our approach to service.

The dinner also created space to discuss individual priorities. Understanding how clients travel, spend their time and manage commitments across different countries is central to developing relevant support. These conversations provided a foundation for relationships that can develop beyond an initial introduction.

Building on our Siam Piwat partnership

The Bangkok programme represented a practical continuation of our collaboration with Siam Piwat. It moved the partnership from its initial announcement into direct engagement with the audiences it is designed to serve.

Siam Piwat is the owner and operator of Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery, and a joint venture partner of ICONSIAM and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok. Its knowledge of local client expectations complements Insignia’s international network across luxury, travel, culture and lifestyle.

By bringing these capabilities together, the partnership creates a platform for introducing clients in Thailand to services and opportunities beyond their home market, supported by a familiar local connection.

Developing a lasting presence in Asia

Our expansion in Asia is grounded in carefully selected partnerships and sustained personal engagement. The Bangkok activations reflected that approach, combining a clear introduction to the brand with opportunities to listen, exchange perspectives and build relationships.

For Insignia, the engagement marked an important stage in establishing a locally relevant presence while maintaining the service principles developed over three decades.

Working alongside Siam Piwat, we will continue to develop those connections, bringing our international capabilities closer to clients in Thailand and strengthening the relationships that support our wider growth across Asia.
