
1.Amilla Fushu
Young, hippy, with a more flexible approach to tropical island luxury, Amilla cuts a distinctly fashionable figure. 2. Сheval Blanc Randheli
Cheval Blanc Randheli is an exceptional haven in the pristine Noonu Atoll. Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, the 45 villas, some over water, others lining the beach, brim with bespoke, creative details under thatched roofs. 3. Niyama

4. Shangri-La’s Villingili

5. Six Senses Laamu
Every villa at Six Senses Laamu is assigned a ‘guest experience maker’. The Water Villas are spectacular, boasting glass floor and glass outdoor tables enabling you to observe the underwater world while relaxing or dining. If you are travelling as a family, the spacious Lagoon Beach Villa offer two bedrooms with private pool and direct access to the lagoon. It is possible to take a picnic lunch on a nearby deserted island which you’ll have all to yourself for several hours too. The Chill Bar is the best spot to take in the mesmerising sunsets, Leaf offers fine dining and Longitude is an excellent spot for catching a glimpse of dolphins – whilst eating breakfast. Many of the mouthwatering dishes are created from produce grown in the island’s organic gardens. The resort is hidden deep in the Indian Ocean towards the far southern reaches of the Maldivian archipelago. The location does mean it takes a little longer to get there but trust us – it is worth the journey.
