The man who designs cars for James Bond has turned his hand to Aston Martin apartments in Miami.
This month, Aston Martin will open the sales centre for its first real estate offering: a sail-shaped tower comprising 391 uber-luxe ocean-front Miami apartments. The prestigious, one-of-a-kind edifice represents the pinnacle of elegant living.
In eleven years’ leading the design team, Aston Martin executive vice president and chief creative officer Market Reichman has been responsible for the visual language of the business: “Cars, products, showrooms and creative partnerships. It’s been eleven years of fun. And that’s before you even get to designing cars for James Bond.”
“What you get in one of these apartments is exactly what you get from sitting in an Aston Martin DB11 on a long journey: a sense of human involvement, craftsmanship, wonderful materials, beauty and comfort. We’ve designed it with Miami’s specific airflows in mind, using a particular marble that keeps cool and alleviates the need for constant AC. It was the last plot of land with direct access to the ocean, so the architects have maximised the potential for the best view at every opportunity.”
A select few will comprise the most breathtaking penthouses including the jewel in the crown – one superb triplex condominium. Panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River and the dynamic Miami skyline abound, providing an ever-changing, dramatic backdrop. A full complement of amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa, large pool deck, salons, lounges and a marina are all located onsite for total convenience. With its captivating design and outstanding features, the Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way perfectly captures a spirit of graceful beauty and thrilling excitement.
